Dr. Elnara was born in the city of “BAKU” Azerbaijan in 1987. She received Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialization Education at the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of İstanbul Şişli Etfal Education Research Hospital between 2011-2016.
Between 2017-2021 years she worked at Hakkâri and Tunceli State Hospital Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. She has been working in her own Clinic in Nişantaşı/İstanbul since 2022.
Dr. Elnara is member of as Turkish Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery Association, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association of Turkey and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

She can speak English, Russian.
She has been painting in pencil drawing since childhood.
